We want you to be happy with Klyrentra AI. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have made a material error.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; you are not charged again.

Failed AI generations

If an AI generation fails for reasons on our side (provider outage, internal error), the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
