1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Klyrentra AI you agree to these Terms and the linked policies (Privacy, Security, Cookies, Acceptable Use, AI Disclaimer, Refund).
2. Service
Klyrentra AI provides AI-powered business tools including daily briefings, AI email reply drafts, AI chat, AI receptionists, and related features. Available features depend on your plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
4. Third-party accounts you connect
When you connect Google to Klyrentra, access is granted through Google's standard OAuth flow. Klyrentra only requests the read-only scopes needed for the features you enable. You can revoke access at any time from the Connections page or from your Google Account. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for full detail.
5. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits included with your plan reset each refresh period. Unused credits do not roll over unless expressly stated in your plan.
6. Fair usage
We may throttle, cap, or investigate accounts that show abusive, automated, or unusually high-volume usage.
7. Your content
You own the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content or your connected-provider data to train generalised AI/ML models.
8. AI outputs
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before you rely on it or share it. Email reply drafts produced by Klyrentra are never sent automatically — you must review, copy, and send them yourself from your own email client.
9. Prohibited use
See the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Fees
Fees are as displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in access being suspended.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Changes
We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
